Being from the UK currently buying something from the States is a great way to save a few pounds on such items as an iPod, laptop, TV’s or other electrical equipment. Even clothing is a great buy. The problem comes when you find a store with a great offer on something that would work out much more expensive back home or that you find something that simply isn’t available back here. I’ve had this problem many times when wanting to buy basketball and ice hockey memorabilia and team wear. The problem usually comes when these stores and suppliers don’t ship to the UK.

This problem is no more with the MyUS.com website. They offer you a personal US address to have the goods shipped to and then they will forward them to your address or any where in the world.

What a great service don’t you agree?

This works especially well for ebay.com purchases where sellers do not want to ship abroad, smaller online stores that don’t offer international shipping or even if you live in the US and want to send a gift abroad without the hassle of packaging up the item yourself and then taking it to the post office.

I’ll be looking into it a lot close as I start to plan my Christmas shopping in the coming months.
